Our Programs

Alianza of New Mexico provides the following services for those who qualify: 

  • HIV Services
    • Medical Case Management
    • Nonmedical Case Management
    • Heath Insurance Assistance
    • Copays/Coinsurance/Deductibles Assistance
    • Linkage to Medical Care
    • Linkage to Emotional Support
    • Supportive Services (food bank, emergency financial assistance)
  • HIV Prevention Program
    • Free, anonymous, painless HIV and Hepatits C Testing
      • Rapid Testing with results in 30 minutes
    • Prevention Education
      • Small group interventions (6-12 participants)
        • Many Men, Many Voices (3MV): an HIV and STD prevention intervention for gay men of color to address factors that influence the behavior of gay men of color who have sex with men, incluidng cultural, social, and religious norms; interactions between HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases; sexual relationship dynamics; and the social and psychological influences that racism and homphobia have on HIV ris behaviors
        • Healty Relationships: an intervention for men and women living with HIV/AIDS; based on Social Cognitive Theory and focuses on developing skills and building self-efficacy and positive expectations about new behaviors through modeling behaviors and practicing new skills
      • HIV 101 Educational presentations for communities, business, or interested individuals
  • Harm Reduction  
    • Syringe Services Program: providing a 1 for 1 exchange of syringes plus works
    • Narcan and Overdose Prevention: education, disbursement and instruction on the use of narcan for opioid overdose
    • Safer Sex Kits (brown bags): free condoms and lube, no questions asked! 
    • AcuDetox program locations as follows:


Mondays @ Alianza offices 2:30PM – 4:00PM

Tuesdays @ Ballard Funeral Home 12PM – 1PM

Thursdays @Wildwood Apts. 12PM-1PM

Fridays @ Alianza offices 2:30PM – 4:00PM

Saturdays @ Chaves Co. Ext. 2:30PM – 4:00PM

Alianza @ 1200 S. Richardson; Ballard @ 910 S. Main;

Wildwood @ 201 Sherrill Lane;

Chaves Co. Ext. @ 200 E. Chisum
